Dr. Marshall Ross

BSc, MD, FRCPC

Dr. Marshall Ross is the founder of Roxboro Clinic and a specialist in Emergency Medicine. Throughout his career working on the front lines of the emergency department, he witnessed firsthand the consequences of a healthcare system that often focuses on reacting to illness rather than preventing it. Many patients arrived in crisis after struggling for years to access the proactive care and guidance they needed.

Those experiences helped shape the vision behind Roxboro Clinic. Dr. Ross co-founded the clinic to help create a model of care that moves beyond reactive “sick care” and toward a more proactive approach focused on longevity, prevention, and precision medicine.

At Roxboro Clinic, his philosophy centers on helping patients stay healthy and avoid the hospital altogether. By combining insights from acute care with modern approaches to longevity and preventative medicine, Dr. Ross works to identify the early drivers of chronic disease and intervene before they become major health events.

His goal is to build strong physician-patient partnerships and help patients optimize their health, so they can maintain energy, resilience, and quality of life for decades to come.
