Karan Shinde is the Director of Operations at Roxboro Clinic, where he leads the development and implementation of the clinic’s care model, systems, and patient experience. He works closely with physicians and allied health providers to translate clinical vision into structured, high-functioning workflows that support proactive, preventative care.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and has a background in clinical research and applied science. His work focuses on integrating data-driven approaches into healthcare and building systems that improve access, coordination, and long-term health outcomes.

Karan is particularly interested in the intersection of healthcare, data, and business, and in designing clinical environments that move beyond reactive medicine toward a more proactive and patient-centered approach to health.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Calgary’s coffee and food scene and spending time outdoors with his German Shepherd.
