Benjamin Kroon

Benjamin Kroon is an Exercise Physiologist at Roxboro Clinic with a focus on cardiometabolic health, chronic disease prevention, and preserving strength, power, and aerobic capacity over time. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction and his Master of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. 

Ben’s approach centers on using exercise as a structured, evidence-based tool to improve long-term health outcomes. He focuses on helping patients understand their health through objective data and translating that information into progressive, personalized exercise plans that are practical and sustainable.

He has experience in sports medicine and clinical research settings, including physiological testing and supporting the development of treatment protocols and movement analysis technologies.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys fly fishing and has spent several years guiding on the Bow River and throughout southern Alberta. He also enjoys hiking, staying active outdoors, and playing and following sports, particularly hockey and baseball.
